Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible, and we tell you exactly what.

Last updated: 21 June 2026 · Aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

This is a pre-launch website. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to submit through an interest form: your name, work email, organization, the product you are interested in, and any message you write. We do not collect anything else, and we do not run advertising or third-party tracking on this site.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your interest in Vesper early access, a HyperGate design-partner engagement, or a general enquiry, and to keep you informed about the product you asked about. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell or rent it.

Consent and your choice

You provide this data voluntarily when you submit a form, which constitutes your consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us, after which we will stop processing and delete your data unless we are required to retain it by law.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored on infrastructure we control. We keep the data only as long as needed to act on your enquiry, and we delete it when it is no longer needed for that purpose.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct or complete it, to have it erased, and to nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. To exercise any of these, write to the contact below.

Grievances

If you have a concern about how your data is handled, you can raise it with us at the contact below and we will respond. Contact: [email protected].

A privacy company with no privacy page would be self-defeating. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected] and we will explain it plainly.
